Kevin McAuley joined Valeo Foods UK as Chief Commercial Officer in May 2024 from Reckitt, where he spent 14 years in a variety of commercial leadership roles across the globe, including Vice President of Sales (Walmart), Vice President of Trade, Category & Customer Strategy (USA) and Sales Director (UK & Ireland).

Kevin’s wealth of FMCG experience spans many categories and geographies. He has an impressive record in business transformation, delivering sustained outperformance and significant revenue growth. His passion for go to market excellence, continuous improvement and talent development, make him a dynamic and driven leader.

Kevin is also an Executive Member of the Global Scot Economic Expansion Program.
