Lindsey Roberts

Chief Financial Officer 

Lindsey joined Valeo Foods Group in April '23, initially as CFO for its Snackfoods Division and was appointed Valeo Foods UK's CFO in April ‘24 with responsibility for the full finance function, legal and exec oversight of procurement.

A commercial CFO with extensive knowledge within the food industry having worked at Board level for several years. She has worked across listed, privately owned and PE backed businesses spending a significant amount of time leading on Strategy & Transformation.

Lindsey served for 5 years as Chief Financial Officer for the UKI region at Pladis Global during a period of significant change & turnaround as well as steering the business through COVID & Inflation challenges. Her responsibilities covered all areas of Strategy & Transformation, Financial Planning and Control, Net Revenue Management and Business partnering across Commercial, Operations, Procurement & IT.

Prior to working at Pladis Global, Lindsey worked in a variety of senior roles within Kerry Foods for 20 years.
