Lee Nicholls joined Valeo Foods UK as Operations Officer in March 2023 from Asahi where he spent 2 years as UK Supply Chain Director. Prior to this, Lee spent 33 years with Pladis across manufacturing, planning and logistics with the last 5 years in the role of Vice President of Supply Chain UK. Lee brings a wealth of experience in multi-site manufacturing operations and Supply Chain Leadership. He is a focused, energetic and results-driven leader who is well-versed in developing and executing operational strategies to accomplish top and bottom-line profitability with demonstrated leadership skills that encompass assembling high-performance teams, coaching, influencing, engaging and motivating teams to achieve exceptional results.
