For nearly three decades, the campaign has united customers, colleagues and partners in supporting people affected by breast cancer across the UK. Since its launch in 1996, the campaign has raised millions of pounds to fund innovative research into better treatments, vital breast health education and life-changing support for those who need it most, supporting people through the challenges of diagnosis, treatment and life beyond breast cancer. By picking up a Tickled Pink pack of KETTLE® Chips Lightly Salted in ASDA superstores, shoppers can enjoy the bold crunch and great taste they love while helping to raise funds for a cause that touches so many lives.

The campaign isn’t just about fundraising. Tickled Pink is also on a mission to normalise chest checking to empower people of all ages, genders and ethnicities to make checking their chest as much a part of their routine as their weekly shop. By promoting the importance of getting to know what is normal for your body, Tickled Pink helps people feel more confident about spotting new or unusual changes as early as possible.

“At KETTLE® Chips, we’re delighted to be partnering with Asda’s Tickled Pink campaign this October,” said Michael Inpong, Chief Marketing Officer at Valeo Foods UK. “Breast cancer affects so many families, and through this donation we hope to support the incredible work being done by Breast Cancer Now and CoppaFeel! - from funding research to providing vital education and support.”

Breast cancer remains one of the most common cancers in the UK1, and one in seven women will face breast cancer in their lifetime2. Statistics from 2024 showed there were an estimated 61,000 people living with secondary breast cancer in the UK3. Raising awareness and encouraging early detection is vital, as the earlier breast cancer is diagnosed, the better the chance of successful treatment.

If you are worried about breast cancer, call Breast Cancer Now’s nurses for free on 0808 800 6000 or visit breastcancernow.org. CoppaFeel! also offers a free monthly text reminder service to encourage regular chest checking. To sign up, text “ASDA” to 82228 or visit
