Cruga® Biltong
Our biltong is made from an authentic South African recipe originally developed by a South African family.
Indeed, David Low who started making Cruga® biltong was born in South Africa before moving to the UK in the late 1950s. What he doesn’t know about biltong isn’t worth knowing!
We also joined forces with save the rhino. For each small pack of biltong sold, Cruga® will donate 1p, and for each 70g pack, 2p, to Save the Rhino International, to help secure rhino species for the future, donating a minimum of £10,000 a year towards rhino conservation efforts, through the sales of their biltong.
